| PERSONAL NON-CANCELLABLE
A Non-cancellable policy with a true "own-occupation" definition of total disability to age 65 or age 67 for occupational classes 6,5,4, and 4P. It offers competitive rates for many of the top occupational classes,
and a variety of excellent riders: Residual, COLA, Future Increase Option, etc. Maximum issue amount is $15,000. Maximum participation with Group LTD is $25,000 ($10,000/$15,000 for physicians, dentists, podiatrists). |
BUSINESS/PROFESSIONAL OVERHEAD EXPENSE
This policy reimburses business or professional overhead expenses during disability. A residual disability rider can also be purchased. This is a Non-cancellable policy. The Maximum issue amount is $30,000 a month.

DISABILITY BUY-OUT
This policy helps your client buy out the interest of a disabled partner or co-shareholder. The maximum issue amount is $2 million, depending on the case facts and the funding method. There are three funding methods; Lump Sum, Monthly Payout and Downpayment. |
BUSINESS REDUCING TERM
A specialty policy designed to protect business owners with outstanding loan payments. Guardian will pay a percentage of the scheduled monthly loan payments during a disability.
